Once you do things at home, it is really hard to go back to the garbage from the supermarket.
It tastes better, it has waaay more nutrients, and it is not as expensive as many people think.
Why not doing things ourselves?
The most precious and scarce asset we have—particularly so in the modern world.
High quality—and ideally, home-made—food is a good investment, though.
What we put in our mouth is one of the pillars for maintaining good health. And health, well, it is necessary for a happy long live.
In other words, a bit of extra time now, way more time down the road.
Or that's the way I see it. But many people these days think health come in pills—or syringes.
